Apex Arzuros are an Apex Variant of Arzuros introduced in Monster Hunter Rise.
Physiology
Unlike normal Azuros, Apex Arzuros are very dark colored, having multiple red scars across the body, mainly their arms, and having red eyes. Similarly to their Redhelm Deviants, they have large forelimbs. When enraged, the red scars start glowing
Behavior and Abilities
Apex Arzuros are extremely aggressive, and will attack anything in sight. They are known to use their massive forelimbs to smash at prey. Durning the Rampage, it call upon monsters to assist it. It can destroy defenses in one hit.
When enraged, they are known to do a ground slam, rock throw, and more powerful version of an Arzuros claw swipe. It is also known to steal honey from Hunter like its normal counterpart and will eat it once obtained

Notes
- Apex Arzuros is the first Apex encountered in the game, starting with the 4 Star Urgent Hub Quest.
- Afterwards, it will appear in random Rampage Quests.
- Also High Rank Quests are unlocked after beating Apex Rampage Quest for the first time
- Their large forelimbs and attacks are based off a Redhelm Arzuros.
- After the first Title Update, Apex Arzuros can be encountered in either the Shrine Ruins or Flooded Forest outside of rampage Quests.
