tbh i dont understand this at all, i saw it being mentioned a bunch now "gore vs los"
http://i.imgur.com/eF6TL2F.gifv thats all i could find regarding this but is that all? i more and more suspect that they use MH creators models as reference for the monsters
atleast the animation doesnt suck so far!
Edit: yeah found some more stuff:
2:36 and 3:33 ... Rathalos is doing a tigrex. *facepalm*
That's just a test footage. I agree about end part though, it doesn't fit well with Rathalos's body.
I do not give a crap about the plot. What matters is that we get to witness our favoruite monsters on screen. Especially fight scenes like ecology videos. About RE Movie, I've never been a fan of RE even though I did watch one movie and I don't even remember which movie either. Is the director that bad?
If yes, then I have low expectations.

Anderson is REALY (and i mean realy.) hated by any RE fan out there for what he did with the movies compared to the source material. The movies have almost nothing to do with the games and his wife always enjoyed the mainrole of alice.
That and the fact that the movie plots are realy weak.. regarding the storytelling and logic in each movie alone AND over the whole movie series. Just watch the last movie and you know how bad the others were aswell. but beware, you might get motion sick by EVERY action scene since he makes use of the "multiple camera angles" technike EVERYBODY hates so much. You cant follow the scene well cuz the dmn point of view changes literaly (no joke!) 20 times in 5 seconds in every dmn fight.
This alone makes me worry that they will not show any respect for the MH franchise, be it the lore, for what MH stands or merely what "monsters" are capable off. You might see a rathalos that spits water or talks. It might even pull off a Paarthurnax and teaches our average american hero how to be a dragon bor..*cough*- monster hunter...

Yeah, that really bugged me. There's a big difference between True Wyverns and Pseudowyverns, but nobody seems to know that. In fact, a lot of the "Dragons" you see on TV are actually Pseudowyverns. e.g. Smaug in The Hobbit movie.

First off, Pseudowyvern is a MH fan exclusive term, Tigrex, Nargacuga and other monsters of that body type are still officially Flying Wyverns. Unless you are discussing among MH fans, Pseudowyvern has no meaning. Second, Smaug from the Hobbit film trilogy is a Wyvern, which are a type of dragons, so implying that he is no "true dragon" is absolute bullshit.
Fun Fact: In the book, Smaug (along with most other dragons) is depicted as being far more serpentine then how he is depicted in the movies.
One of the movies depicted him as a giant flying cat.
That was the animated movie I believe. I saw it in grade school at one point, and yeah, it was crap. Gollum was a giant flightless bat... thing.
Don't forget the horrid physical designs of the characters... I swear their legs were made of painted boulders.
We do not speak of that movie.
