Bulaqchi are small Neopterons first introduced in Monster Hunter Wilds.

Physiology[]

Bulaqchi resemble a giant, flightless mosquito with a yellow or yellow-green color. Their abdomen is covered in long thick, black netting-like hairs.

Behavior and Abilities[]

Bulaqchi are slow, but they attack in a large swarming group. They mainly attack with stabs, strikes, and tackles but can also jump on and pin hunters. A Screamer Pod will stun them.

In-Game Description[]

Monster Hunter Wilds
Neopterons that inhabit the Windward Plains. They use their needle-like mouths to pour digestive juices into carrion to dissolve it into easily consumed fluids. Feeding makes them bloated and sluggish, so they have to rest on walls or ceilings. Their forelegs double as sensory organs that they use to assess their surroundings, but they are quite sensitive, so a loud noise is usually enough to immobilize a Bulaqchi.
