Dalthydons are Herbivores introduced in Monster Hunter Wilds.
Physiology[]
Dalthydon is a bipedal dinosaur-like herbivore, somewhat resembling the Olorotitan. They have grey skin covered by white and dark brown fur. Similar to Kestodon, they have an armored head to presumably protect from and charge at threats. Connected to the head are small ram-like horns. Their eye pupils are horizontal like a goat's eyes are.
Their young’s shield-like crest on their head is undeveloped, and do not have horns or dark colors.
Habitat[]
Dalthydon primarily appear in the Windward Plains, but have also been shown to appear in the Scarlet Forest. The people of Kunafa keep them as livestock, using their milk to produce the village's well-known cheese.
