Here you can find what ingredient combination will yield what effect with a specific amount of felyne chefs in the felyne kitchen of Monster Hunter Freedom.
In-game "Grain" is called "Bran", this will show up on felynes you hire.
The specialization a felyne has will affect how often their specific whim skill will activate, if you cook with that ingredient.
Level 1 felynes with 1 specialized ingredient of 1 star, has the lowest chance of whim skill activation, none at all if the ingredient specialization doesn't match any of the ingredients used.
Level 9 felynes with 2 specialized ingredients of 3 stars, will have the highest chance of whim skill activation, cooking with 2 ingredients that match the felynes specialization will maximize the chance.
