- A total of 7 Weapons are in the game; 5 Blademaster Weapons and 2 Gunner Weapons.
- 7 returning Weapons are in the game; 5 Blademaster Weapons and 2 Gunner Weapons.
Calculating Base Attack[]
The Attack Power shown In-Game is not the Base Attack Power of the weapon, but the result of a simple calculation. Each Weapon Type has a multiplier that is multiplied with the Base Attack of a weapon and the result is the Raw Attack Power shown In-Game. The following values are the modifiers for each weapon type:
- Great Sword = 4.8
- Sword&Shield = 1.4
- Dual Swords = 1.4
- Hammer = 5.2
- Lance = 2.3
- Light = 1.2
- Heavy Bowgun = 1.2
To calculate the Base Attack you has to Divide the Modifer from the Raw Attack:
Raw Attack / Weapon modifier = Base Attack
For Example a Hunter's Knife has the same Base Attack as an Iron Sword even though the Raw Attack Power varies:
Hunter's Knife = 84/1.4 = 60
Iron Sword = 288/4.8 = 60
Calculating Attack Up Increase[]
The Base Attack increase for each Armor Skills are as follows:
- Attack Up (Small) = +10 Base Attack
- Attack Up (Medium) = +15 Base Attack
- Attack Up (Large) = +20 Base Attack
To calculate the Attack increase you have to multiplicate the weapon modifier with the Skill Bonus:
(Weapon Class multiplier * Attack Up (S/M/L)) = Attack Increase
To calculate the final Raw Attack, use the following formula:
Raw Attack + (Weapon Class multiplier * Attack Up (S/M/L))
Example: SnS Hunter's Knife with Attack Up (Medium);
Hunter's Knife = 84 + (SnS Weapon modififer = 1.4 * Attack Up Medium = 15)
84 + (1.4 * 15)
= 84 + 21
= 105
The Final Raw Attack Power is 105.
