MHGU: Special Permit Quests

Special Permit Quests are Quests where especially strong monsters, otherwise known as Deviant Monsters, appear in the field. In order to accept Special Permit Quests, you need Special Permits. You can get Special Permits via StreetPass from the Courier, or by exchanging Wycademy Points for them at the Trader. Special Permits disappear once they're spent on a Quest.

Special Permit Quests are only counted as complete for the Hunter who posted the Quest, similar to Urgent Quests.
