- Returning 1st Generation monsters are Basarios, Diablos, Black Diablos, Khezu, Kirin, Rathalos, Azure Rathalos, Silver Rathalos, Rathian, Pink Rathian and Gold Rathian.
- Black Diablos first appeared in Monster Hunter Now during the Diablos Invasion timed event on September 23rd, 2023.
- Pink Rathian first appeared in Monster Hunter Now during the A cherry-colored season timed event on October 9th, 2023.
- Azure Rathalos first appeared in Monster Hunter Now during the Descent of the Azure King timed event on January 15th, 2024.
- Basarios and Khezu were added in Monster Hunter Now's third Major update: Dancing in the Tempest.

- Returning 3rd Generation monsters are Arzuros, Barioth, Barroth, Deviljho, Lagombi, Volvidon and Zinogre.

- Barioth was made unavailable after the launch of Monster Hunter Now's second Major update: The Vernal Invader. He was brought back on Season 4: Roars from the Winterwind.
