Rebidiora is a subspecies of Rukodiora introduced in Monster Hunter Frontier G 2. Like Rukodiora, it frequently lays siege to the Interceptor's Base. Very little is known about it at this time; however, its title suggests it boasts the Thunder Element (or possibly a new element similar to it) alongside the magnetic abilities it shares with its relative, making it able to control some kind of electromagnetic field.

Physiology

Rebidiora have a body structure similar to Kushala Daora and its relative. Its body is mostly covered with dark purple scales and shells, except its underbelly and underneck which have a white color. Three Yellow thunder-patterned horns are protruding from its head and small spikes are found on its sidehead. Its wings are wide, thunder-patterned (Like its head) and cannot flap like Chameleos' and Fatalis' wings. It has many protruding spikes from its wings to its tail, much like Kushala Daora's wings. Its wings are covered with dark purple shells, and bronze on the tip. Its wing membranes are colored green. Its limbs have 3 claws and protruding yellow thorns. Its tail and head are breakable.

When in rage mode Rebidiora horns, limb thorns, and tail spikes are colored with a bright greenish blue, its wings membranes are colored bright yellow and its eyes glow with a bright red color.

Abilities

Rebidiora fights much like Rukodiora: it always activates its magnetic pole through the battle. The magnetic pole is a black circle surrounding Rebidiora. When in rage mode, the circle will turn blue. When Rebidiora uses dragon element attacks, the circle shines of a dark red color (the usual dragon element color). Its "Clawing" attacks are affected with Thunder element when rage mode. Its wings will also have a Thunder-patterned line along with its wing spikes. Rebidiora has the ability to use a laser beam like Unknown (Black Flying Wyvern)

Its signature move is its thunder pole attack. It starts much like Teostra & Lunastra fire powder attack. Rebidiora will growl, calling a Black Thunder ball that will start making lightning fall randomly from the sky, much like Zinogre when enraged.

Rebidiora will use debris like Rukodiora, but not as often as him.

Behaviour

  • Unconfirmed

Habitat

Rebidiora can be fought mainly in the Interceptor's Base, although it can be fought in the Great Forest and Gorge, too.
