- The higher number of slots and the resistance to Mud/Snow make it a good set with which to hunt Barroth.
- Gem in Speed Eating +2, as it speeds up potion/item consumption, instead of just steaks.
- This armor has a lot of gem slots (9) so you will have many options.
- This armor is a favorite when fighting Rathalos or Rathian, due to high Fire res, windproof Hi, and many slots.
