Snowbaron Lagombi is a rare Lagombi individual, considered to be a Deviant. This large Fanged Beast gets its secondary name, Snowbaron, from it being said to resemble a lord that once ruled the snowy land.
Habitat Range[]
Snowbaron Lagombi have been spotted in the Frozen Seaway, Arctic Ridge, and Polar Field.
Ecological Niche[]
They eat small insects such as Bnahabra, Altaroth, along with vegetation and mushrooms. However, they will sometimes feed on live prey due to the scarcity of food. Due to their size of being about bigger than a fully grown human, they are easily preyed upon by predators such as Baggi packs, Gigginox, Barioth, Tigrex, Deviljho, Brachydios, Kushala Daora, Khezu, Zamtrios, Tidal Najarala, Stygian Zinogre and Glacial Agnaktor.
Biological Adaptions[]
Snowbaron Lagombi has many of the same adaptions as Lagombi, however, there is a few differences between them. Snowbaron Lagombi has a darker colored fur, a plastron with deeper grooves, and larger ears. The fur of Snowbaron Lagombi is so outstandingly fluffy that it can be rubbed forever. Its size is also larger than normal Lagombi. From its larger size, Snowbaron Lagombi is able to toss giant snowballs, even more than one snowball, at foes. The deeper grooves on its plastron aid it in sliding on the snow like normal Lagombi, however, the grooves also send pieces of ice flying as it slides this acts as another defense for Snowbaron Lagombi.
Behavior[]
Snowbaron Lagombi are quite dangerous and intelligent individuals to encounter. The Hunter's Guild only allow hunters with special permits to hunt them down.
