Looking at the trailer, it's obviously a new monster. It's nothing like any other monster, not even a Plesioth. But to directly answer your question, it's not confirmed and its existance is speculated by observation. PitchBlack696 20:49, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

I personally think it might be a swimming wyvern(i Didnt say piscine) related to Espinas. User:AkamulbasX
my guess is its another fatalis because theres been a subspecies added in all monster hunters not counting G's and Frontier.
im counting the crimson as Monster Hunter 1 even though the regular fatalis also had to be introduced.

an Azure Fatalis assuming its blue

Its possible,then again we were wrong abot espinas being a plant lao. But it could turn out an Espinas Related wyvern, A Water Fatalis or A New species of monster. Heck it could be a deshelled swimming lao at this point. oh and they didnt really show its color so no one can say its blue we are just assuming its blue. AkamulbasX 15:03, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
