I believe the unlock of the areas is dependant on the star rating of the boat - so the upgrade purchases from the Argosy Captain. The 4th area seems to be unlocked after 5 Star missions are open Dyslexicon 04:30, May 9, 2010 (UTC)

guys..how do i get the 4th place for fishery??i need pirate island..ive allredy upgraded the boats to the max...but i still dont have pirate island...how do i unlock it...???

the site says something like "you won't have more than one boat ready for a four-star area"...yeah, that's wrong. it happened to me yesterday.

No Man's Land[]
Someone should research what quest needs to be completed for No Man's Land to become unlocked. All boats can be upgraded to 3 stars immediately after Lagiacrus begins to roam moga woods but when hunting these three star boats will only go to 1 and 2 star hunting areas.
