Toa Tesukatora is an Origin Species of Teostra, first introduced in Monster Hunter Frontier G9.1.
Physiology[]
Like their descendants Teostra and Lunastra, Toa Tesukatora are leonine dragons. They feature grey and white bodies with tufts of white fur on their legs and feet, large manes that are mostly frozen into a sharp mass of icicles, two large forward facing horns that curve upward, fur running along their backs and tails that is mostly frozen, with frost and ice also covering other parts of themselves such as their wings and tails.
Abilities[]
Instead of explosive blasts and scorching infernos Toa Tesukatora are capable of breathing out waves of freezing cold air and with their chilling to the bone scale powder they can create large chunks of ice practically from thin air to drop and crush opponents, create several types of icy structures, or even bring blizzards to freeze opponents into motionless statues leaving them wide open for attack.
Behavior[]
Though less aggressive than Teostra they are still very dangerous to approach, either because of their storms or their aggressive natures.
Habitat[]
They prefer the frigid climates of locals such as the Polar Sea and Snowy Mountains however they have also been found wandering the Fortress Ruins.

General Notes
- Toa Tesukatora is an Origin Species (始種).
- When Toa Tesukatora enters rage mode, it'll cause a blizzard that will slowly freeze anything that isn't moving continuously.
- Knocking Toa Tesukatora down will cancel the blizzard for a short time.
- Toa Tesukatora will rest in area 4 at the Polar Sea.
- Toa Tesukatora was voted 12th place in the 2018 poll for Frontier's Top Monster.[1]
