Chat Mods: How to unblock a User from the Chatroom

Go to Special:UserRights.
Enter complete username of the User that was blocked from the chatroom.
Remove the check from the checkbox of Banned from chat.

Chat Mods: Check which users were banned / unbanned from the Chatroom

There are two ways to do this:

Special:Log/rights
Special:ListUsers (by unchecking everything then checking the Banned from chat users, and choosing "all users" from the Contributed: dropdown menu)

For Staff Team members that have been demoted without notice due to inactivity: If you wish to, you may get your position back by requesting it from the Bureaucrat that demoted you or from an active Bureaucrat.
