Duremudira is a monster of unknown classification introduced in Monster Hunter Frontier G6. It appears in the Sky Corridor.
Physiology[ | ]
Duremudira has the typical shape of an Elder Dragon, although its classification remains unknown. Its body is covered by dark blue scales along with some icy white stripes and thorns. Its eyes are orange and sightly similar to Nargacuga's. When enraged, ice will cover Duremudira's claws, head and neck, and red veins will appear throughout its body. Its tail seems to be the main thing that controls its ice abilities.
Abilities[ | ]
Duremudira is able to manipulate ice at will though it is unknown how it is able to do this but it is able to manipulate ice in a multitude of ways. Duremudira are able to freeze whole rooms in the Sky Corridor and even are able to make huge blocks of ice fall from the ceiling of a room in the area. When enraged, Duremudira are able to use a deadly type of poison that both lowers the defense of its prey and sap its strength away at a very quick rate.
Behavior[ | ]
Duremudira are very aggressive monsters and will attack any hunters that are trespassers inside the Sky Corridor.
